Kate Alsman- 18 or thereabouts. Normal woman who’s tortured by her memories. She’s usually very conscious of the feelings of those around her, she sometimes gets too caught up in trying to figure out how she “really feels” and her own idealism.
Jack Dupree- Kate’s father. A controlling, calculating man. He’s pond scum and he knows it.
Darcy Richards - Kate’s first true, and only, love. Jack’s victim.
Scene 1:
(We’re presumably in a bedroom. It is sparsely furnished, if at all. Nothing should take away from the “real” feeling of the memory sequences.

Lockdown.Students enter auditorium as if it were a normal chapel. There is music playing and slides of different religious symbols projected on the screen, maybe with quotes. Once everyone is seated, Mrs. Ecke will explain that everything that is about to happen is entirely fictional.Lockdown.

Actors run on stage in a panic, some screaming, questioning what is happening. They are disoriented and confused. There will be small glow tape marks to mark the edge of the stage, and any obstacles on stage. As well as key blocking points.
